I was just rounding up my poems in notes the other day to do something similar. I’m wondering if I have enough to subcategorize the birds into “shore and sea birds”and “birds of the trees and bushes” 😂
Maybe need a new taxonomy! It occurred to me also that the process of categorizing might plant the seeds of a manuscript since that’s a typical part of how they are formed, especially when trying to gather work together that wasn’t done with that in mind.

Exactly what I was thinking. Poems grouped in sections. I found out I have over 100 poems from the last year!
