In 1967 St. louis County Colored Televisions were still banned from shiny white new GI Bill welfare handoutted & assisted middle class building family rooms and reading dens. Back home in North St. Louis it was, "You kids want leaded water or a bottle a pop?" Many improvements since then, yet how far has the racism fallen from the persimmon tree and them SWINGIN' GHOSTS in these blink of an eye 2 generations?
