Beautiful sharing of joy and thoughtful words are key to life. I bet if folks discussed issues kindly and respectfully all over our wide world, we would have less violence and strife.

Digging in my pot plants on the tiny balcony of my flat is my go to.

Whenever I feel sad or cross or frustrated, I dig deep.

Wish more folks would follow this practice instead of hurting people with ugly words and unkind or unhelpful comments.
