Been talking about horses in the wild recently and here’s a poem that captures the beauty of it. Have you ever seen them?

Apparently there are some on Sable Island and Alberta. There are some in Spain too, in England and Bali roaming free on the beach.

Come to think of it, I was once driving in the English countryside, and I turned off a paved road onto a dirt road and a minute later galloping straight at us down the road were three horses, who then galloped casually past. It was quite astonishing. I didn’t think of them as wild, maybe just belonging to a nearby farm, but maybe they were wild after all.

New Forest in Hampshire has wild horses. Not sure where else. Imagine your experience was amazing.

That's interesting! We definitely drove through Hampshire, not sure about New Forest, but likely. I don't remember exactly where this encounter occurred. Yes, it was amazing.
