The following non-conventional haiku are 3 lines of 7 syllables each, in other words, as I call them, triple 7s, or if you like, boeings.
Fukuoka reverie
sip sake up the mountain
crested honey buzzards swoop
desire in their wings clapping
slurp ramen down the river
rainbows shimmer in the night
kites of the city floating
drawn to flight, lured by the flow
every thing moves as it will
we sit in step and are fed
Chopsticks smooth next to mat raised
Kite-like flying birds soar high
Drop fresh sushi by my plate.
Enjoy sake arm with imagined mountain in distance. Shinshigti(fantastic)
How satisfying!
